TCO Welcomes Dr. Christopher Traynor
I’m 3 days in and it hurts 😬
I met with an accident in August 2023 Got an MRI Reports said I had torn ACL, meniscus and some more. Doctors said to get an operation. Did physiotherapy for a month. Was able (still able) to walk without any pain and do normal activities. Got another MRI in May 2024. Healed everything except for the ACL. Don't know should I be happy or sad. Got this at a young age of 17 and I feel like I am not able to keep up with the people around my age like run, jump etc. I know I can run/jump but there is a fear at the back of my mind. I feel my knee is stable but I just don't know what to do. My friends had surgery and they say they feel pain which I don't. I really don't know what to do.
What a tribute, but I can honestly say you never intimidated me! I too have memories of your office schedule at Lakeview Clinic and realize watching this tribute we are the same age. Hope you are enjoying your retirement. Period, which you said frequently in your dictation, so much so at a Christmas Party we presented you with a box of Kotex. Do you recall or remember at all. Those where the days, here's wishing you many happy days ahead. Sandy
Gosh I just have tubberouces,MPFL and ligament reconstruction on my left leg and knee surgery. It’s my first week post surgery and I LITERLY feel the same as how you said it LITERLY !! So I’m glad someone else can relate 🥹
You r very strong girl , my problem same like this , my knee is also stiff and more pain for bend😭😭
Bro 5 days after surgery I was walking normally
I’m about to have this surgery and I’m freaking out
Hey, it's sad to hear but be brave. It's a hectic journey but have faith. By the way I'm curious about what happened to you?
Football practice happened. I was running my route and I landed on it wrong and my knee just popped
@@TamgidAhmed I’m am so sorry I didn’t know my message go through. I tore it by playing football
Let's go Titans 💪
Id rather do the hex squats over the back squat, leg press or almost anything else!
can you still go on vacation after you had ACL tear injury?
No It will take more than 1 month to recover
What type of knee surgery she get ?
It's ACL
Does it hurt to walk on or is it just super weak after a couple of weeks
Yesssauhhhh let's gooooooooo lil cuz I'm here for it! 💯💪🏾🔥🔥🔥
I don't have this surgery but had a operation on my left knee 4 days back because of a bike accident. It was a mild surgery. My pettela legament has cut 1/4 and to be honest it's hearts and you know the worst part it feels so bad to even think about it. By the way, your videos give me hopes that everything will fine. Thank you (it really a bad experience) :(
usually people walk without crutches 1 to 2 weeks after ops. she took 7 weeks?😱
It could also be meniscus tear
this is the way
Mr. Peterson brought 100% every time he stepped on the field. Was some greats games for the Vikings!
Getting my surgery today!!
Did my partial knee transplant! 5 stars👍
I'm happy for her but the average joe doesn't get such treatment at all, lol.
I knew I was doing it wrong and, yup, I was doing it backwards.
I’ve trained on that mat
Surgery is not important. Physiotherapy is important after surgery .like this my doctor told to me 😅
Same😂
Your awesome!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for this video! ❤ I’m so happy for you that you got through this chapter of your life. I have tears in my eyes because I will be going through this in a week. Have Acl surgery and I was super nervous about it, still am but now feel more better about it. If you can do it I can do it too :) thank you you are a warrior and I hope you have healed so much more since that time in your life. God Bless you!
I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus yesterday, and the pain is off the roof! But I believe in the process, and I know I'll get better. We all will ♥
Yea I am also having the same Acl plus meniscus
No matter how you set them they will cause pain in the armpits, shoulders and elbows. Lol
Moving forward to the present 2024, with TCO Ecel program has greatly improved. I am 5 weeks out from my total knee replacement done with the Ecel program. New and improved facilities, great onsite care. Exel is the word, highly recommend, please contact any Twin Cities Orthopedic locations for futher information.
QUInTen😢❤😢❤😢
I use this to inspire me to not take 7 weeks to walk again. This is a slow recovery and I hope all yall in the comments push to be walking decently by week 4
Yea hope so
VERY NICE AND EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE
Dr. Busse did a hip replacement surgery on me. It’s so nice that I have no more pain or my hip locking up. I would recommend him to anyone.
Thank you for leaving this kind message on our post! Would you be interested in writing a patient testimonial to be featured on our social media channels based off your experience with Dr. Busse? Please provide an email if you're interested, and we can send more details your way! -TCO
This is cool AF
Had surgery about a month ago and I still can’t bend my leg. I don’t know how, I just want to heal and play sports again
I am in 5th day of after acl surgery and what you said in this video is absolutely correct and believe me I am feeling the same
I have my surgery scheduled for next week to repair my torn ACL and lateral meniscus with a graft from my hamstring. I’m super nervous because I’ve never been under anesthesia before and I should not have googled what can go wrong 😞. The internet is the devil 😂. Otherwise, I’m hopeful after watching some of these videos.
Man I jus had acl, pcl and mcl surgery. Man first 2 weeks wasn't to bad I'd hurt a lil. But it wasn't consistent. Man dis last week as my skin started waking up. Almost unbearable 😢. Pills ain't working this has to be the worse. I have a year to recover hopefully dis don't last to much longer 🙏
I just did my surgery nothing to worrie about because i got off the clutches just 10 days after surgery now is day 20 and im starting to walk normally but hey has to do with the person is not same at all people stay strong guys❤
Inspiring love from India
Hi, Impressive with your recovery. Just wanted to ask if it was only ACL reconstruction or ACL + Meniscus repair as well?
If it was acl then she would be able to walk in just 3 or 4 weeks
Sweet this will be an awesome facility. Wish all the best at the new location in Hudson .
Today in the morning done with the surgery
Ist been 3 weeks since mynacl n meniscus surgery everything s fine except for the flexion part , achieved only like 10 degree n its feels like am trying to bend a brick wall , anyone got thru it ? Really need some advice 😢
I just got ACL surgery 2 weeks ago, & feel as if I’m not improving as i should… it’s mentally draining
getting one of my hips done in the next couple months but the other is starting to act up. Was wondering if you can do both at the same time.
Our 12 year old son is going in for this surgery in a couple weeks. We are all very nervous. Any tips would be appreciated 🙏🏻
just had my 3rd knee surgery and i’m not even 15. i’ve dislocated my knee 11 times and broke my femur and had my shin broken in surgery. i really need motivation rn so does anyone have advice?
I do dialysis and my toes went black and I lost them, the only thing that kept me going was my wife, you really need someone close to u to survive
I never understand these videos where they thing it’s just a sprang or something. When I tore my my ACL I KNEW immediately something was very wrong. But I also did have bone bruising, and my meniscus, and MCL got tore at the same time. Was 600+ pounds into a foot plant on my left leg. I could hear the snap clear as day. I couldn’t stand up on the leg at all, was a new 10 for pain I’ve ever experienced. I only had to wait a month and a half for surgery. It would suck to waste 3 months before starting the long recovery process💀
3 acl surgeries on my left knee. Walk with a slight limb now. Hope i dont tear my acl a 4th time. Only 28, so we'll see
